User Accounts

Billing and Credits

• Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are billed through Stripe or other disclosed payment processors.
• Credits may be consumed based on the workflow, model path, or feature you use.
• You are responsible for keeping your billing details accurate and current.

Refund Policy

This updated policy applies to new purchases made after it is first published on this website. New purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we expressly promise otherwise at the time of purchase.

This update does not withdraw or restrict refund promises made for earlier purchases. If your purchase was covered by our previously advertised 30-day money-back promise, we will honor that promise under the terms presented when you purchased. We will not add new usage or unused-credit conditions to that promise retroactively.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not itself refund payments already made. Any applicable statutory rights and express refund promises remain unaffected.

For refund questions or requests, email support@aethervid.net with your account email and order reference. We will review your request under the policy and any promises applicable when you purchased.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to content you submit, upload, or generate through our services. AI Output and Responsibility

• You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or using it commercially.
• You must not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or harmful content.
• If your workflow requires legal clearance, model releases, or brand approval, you are responsible for obtaining them before distribution.

Prohibited Activities
